Worker’s Awareness Safety: Introduction to the importance of safety awareness in the work-place including basic strategies in accident prevention.

Personal Protective Equipment Awareness Safety: Hands- on instructions on the importance and use of personal protective safety equipment in the work-place

Repetitive Strain Injury Awareness (Ergonomics): An introduction to the cause of injury and strategies to prevent these injuries due to repetitive or improper movement

 Ground Construction Safety Basics: An introduction to proper etiquette when on construction site, focusing on traffic, heavy equipment and excavations.

Occupations Health and Safety Act: An introduction to the provincial laws and rights affecting employee safety and the responsibilities of the employer

Employee Labour Standards: An introduction to the standards terms and employment regulations in Canada.

Confined Space Entry Certification: Working safely in enclosed or confined spaces. Trenches, cellars, cargo containers, etc.

Lock-out/Tag-out Certification: Proper procedure to secure equipment under service and repair to prevent accidental starting causing injury.
